Job Title: Order Entry Coordinator
Job Description
This position will be responsible for handling orders coming in and out of the Utah location. This entails calling customers, responding to emails, and processing web orders. Once an order is received, you will enter any missing or necessary information from the customer, collect items from storage, test to ensure equipment is working, and then package it for shipment. You will follow the order until it is received by the customer and also handle returns once the equipment is no longer in use.
Responsibilities
+ Handle 15-20 orders per day, either receiving or shipping out
+ Call customers and respond to emails
+ Process web orders and enter any missing or necessary information from customers
+ Collect items from storage and test to ensure equipment is working
+ Package items for shipment and ensure they are sent out correctly
+ Follow up on orders until received by customers
+ Work with customers on returns once equipment is no longer in use
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving equipment
+ Knowledge of environmental/engineering equipment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Experience in order processing and data entry
+ Detail-oriented and able to work in person
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or environmental science is plus
Work Environment
The Utah office is very small, with currently only 2 other employees. You will need to be onsite Monday through Friday to handle physical packages and receive them. Standard working hours are from 8am to 5pm.
