Title – Nurse Practitioner
Job Location - Purchase, NY 10577
Shift time and day - Monday-Friday/8:30am-5:00pm
Contract duration – 05 months (High possibility of extension)
Additional specifications, qualifications, experience or skill levels:
Master’s Degree
NYS NP licensure
Current certification by ANCC or equivalent certifying body
CPR/AED certification
2 years post-licensure experience in primary care ambulatory setting serving adolescents/young adults preferred
Knowledge and experience with electronic medical record systems, preferably Medicat.
