Ratios: 2-3 in CC, 4-6 on Stepdown if floated
Years of Experience REQ: 2
First-timers Accepted: Travel experience required
Weekend REQ: Every 4-6 week rotation
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIH
Is on-call REQ? We do standby/cost containment if was a regularly scheduled shift, can be called off once during payperiod
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? yes
Open to accommodating block schedule? We do self scheduling and balancing to unit need
