Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

Job Summary:
LHH is working with a consumer services company in Media, PA to hire a permanent Total Rewards Manager. The qualified candidate must have at least 10 years within human resources with a concentration in total rewards, prior leadership experience, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. This will be a hybrid role with two days a week from home.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive competition
- Design health, wellness and retirement benefits programs
- Negotiate with benefit providers as needed
- Develop and manage salary structures and pay scales
- Administer merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with pay and equity laws
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and communication processes
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to inform decision making
- Create reports on cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction with rewards
- Create and implement employee recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and benefits laws
- Prepare for and manage audits related to compensation and benefits
- Lead and develop a team responsible for assisting with total rewards functions
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred
- At least 10 years of human resources experience with a focus in total rewards
- At least 2 years in a leadership position
- Strong technical skills within an HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is required)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be very organized and thorough with strong follow-up skills
- Possess critical thinking skills, have an analytical and mathematical mindset
