Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, including client intake, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Develop strategic case plans in collaboration with the legal team to ensure top-tier client representation.
• Provide exceptional client service in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the legal process.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 1–4 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury law.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active Texas Bar license.
• Skillset: Strong organizational, research, and advocacy skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
