Darling Jack's Tavern is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team. From the owners of Barbuzzo, Little Nonna's and Bud & Marilyn's.
Darling Jack's is a 75 seat restaurant with full open kitchen and 16 seat bar, it is a modern take on an old school tavern. The Executive Sous Chef will train with our Chef + Culinary Director for a few weeks on all facets of the restaurant. Open availability is a must.

Has an ability to positively lead others while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to provide support to the Executive Chef and guidance for employees, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Back of House, and collaborates and communicates with Front of House team to create genuine guest experiences.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in full service, high volume restaurants.
- Open availability including weekends and day shifts if needed
- Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
