We are seeking someone with c who would build relationships using phone, video, and email with accounts under $250k per year. They would not, generally speaking, see customers face to face, but would breathe CRM, making sure every activity is logged and every calendar task successfully completed. They would be comfortable with a large outbound call volume to resuscitate old customers that haven’t purchased in over 6 months, build and enlarge deals and pay particular attention to their conversion rate on a leaderboard. The ideal candidate would also be very proficient in building quotations and working with junior sales reps to train the next generation.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Executives to better enhance customer experience.
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume with existing and new accounts within assigned territory.
- Achieve sales goals within your assigned territory.
- Use sales reports to identify potential growth areas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle.
- Explore new sales opportunities through networking, company generated leads, and trade shows.
- Interact extensively with customers to identify their needs, research product or application solutions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our products, applications, features, and advantages.
- Stay current with internal and external training and new product offerings.
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver excellent proposals and quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve any issues that might arise.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Industrial sales experience preferred
- Mechanical and mathematical aptitude; most be comfortable with technical conversations regarding various industrial applications.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Previous experience in the fields of hydraulics, tube fittings, or other industrial fitting application is highly encouraged.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone skills, inbound and outbound calling.
- Strong computer skills, CRM software (Salesforce) Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00/year base, OTE for quota around $160k-$180k/year
