Responsibilities will include:

• Management of day to day accounting
• Oversee entire accounting/finance team
• Assist with complex real estate transactions
• Waterfall calculations
• Financial reporting
• Project/construction accounting
• Oversee fund and property accounting
• Various related responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting ore relevant work experience
• 6+ years of experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient with MS Office
