Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in a post-acute care setting. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, focusing on payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, processing, and review bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract workers.
- Assist with tracking employee hours and attendance.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in timesheets or attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
- Administering employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee pay, tax documents, and benefits.
- Support talent acquisition strategies by collaborating with talent acquisition team as needed.
- Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Help foster an environment that supports employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and assisting as needed.
- Prepare reports for leadership, offering insights into employee performance, retention, and satisfaction as needed or requested by supervisor(s).
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and adjust strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in healthcare or a post-acute care environment.
