Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and skilled bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a bartender, you will be the heartbeat of our establishment, responsible for delivering outstanding service while expertly mixing drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and wines with precision and creativity, ensuring each drink is a consistent and memorable experience. 
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Your ability to engage in conversation is as important as your bartending skills; it’s about creating a personal touch that keeps our guests coming back.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked. Mandatory side work and deep cleans A well-kept bar is like a well-tended garden; it invites guests in and enhances their experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure smooth service. Teamwork is key in our fast-paced environment, where communication is as vital as the drinks we serve.
• On-going Education: Stay updated on wine and cocktail trends, participating in tastings and staff training. Think of yourself as an ambassador of flavor, eager to share your knowledge with both colleagues and guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience (2+ years), preferably in a wine bar or upscale cocktail lounge.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Must be of legal drinking age and be TIPS certified.
