Description
This is a full-time, direct placement for Main Enterprises, Inc.
SUMMARY
Develop, manage, and grow the HVAC service repair business by developing a robust sales process, securing new service customers and creating a sustainable pipeline for long term growth. Research industry and sell HVAC services that will provide continued growth and profitability. Assist in new system implementation. Perform on-site meetings and site walk-thru tours to discern needs of all opportunities. Maintain regular communication with customers and your team to assure that their needs are met. Assist in hiring of new technicians and retention of existing technicians.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Treat all people associated with Main Enterprises, both internally and externally, with respect, honesty and integrity always.
2. Work with a safe attitude promoting safe working practices.
3. Have in-depth knowledge of HVAC services offered by Main Enterprises. Understand the pricing structure, gross margin requirement and proposal methodology followed by the Company.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. Position Main Enterprises as the premier HVAC resource for prospective customers.
5. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods including networking, referrals and attending industry events.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
7. Prepare and present accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Successfully close sales orders.
8. Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
9. Collaborate with internal teams including operations, service technicians and service office manager to promote and develop accurate, timely estimates of cost and profitability for work derived from new clientele.
10. Develop and expand the revenue and profitability of the service business through satisfaction and loyalty with customers. Identify prospects and follow through with timely and accurate proposals.
11. Build relationships with the Technicians and keep a high level of moral.
12. Recommend and manage processes to enhance productivity and structure within the organization.
13. Assist with company needs for hiring new Technicians.
14. Work with Director of Service and Staff to plan and schedule any work, assuring that necessary resources are available.
15. Expansion of service revenues by developing referrals and meeting company sales and marketing goals.
16. Ascertain proper information in scope of work, through field inspection and site surveys.
17. Identify areas where operational processes can be improved and work with others toward the goal of continuous improvement.
18. Collaborate with other staff to aid and support.
19. May fill in for absent employees and help with peak workloads.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have thorough knowledge of the HVAC trade and mechanical systems.
- Must have communication skills to speak with current and prospective clients.
- Computer skills include understanding of ERP system and workable knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel and Word
