SSTAR is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which affords our employees eligibility to apply for one of our three Loan Repayment Programs. The Stockroom Clerk handles supplies and maintains inventory of consumables and fixed assets for the organization.
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm Benefits - 403B

Duties & Responsibilities - Maintains inventory of consumables in multiple storerooms where food, linens, inpatient client supplies, and office supplies are stored. Records all stock removed from storerooms and monitors supply balance.
- Responds to requests from managers for stock/supplies and requested furnishings and equipment.
- Requests supply orders to Executive Assistant in accordance with agency policies.
- Accepts deliveries of ordered items. Ensures match among PO information, item delivered, and invoice.
- Keeps Fall River inpatient supply closets, and housekeeping supply area stocked.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to all SSTAR locations.
- Other duties as required.
Experience and Skills Education & Experience - Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, maturity, and sound judgment.
