As a Production Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance (Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality) while supporting the growth and development of your team. Additionally, you'll play a key role in ensuring all SLAs are met on time, contributing to the overall success of the team and company! salary: $20 - $21 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 11 AM - 7:30 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Ensure quality processes are being followed by the team and that all work is fulfilled and mailed within the SLA Act as a primary contact between Operations and Client Services Works with Supervisor to manage the team's labor, ensuring the operation runs efficiently. Participates actively in daily operations meetings and projects to evaluate workflow and look for opportunities to enhance processes Responsible for cross-training associates to reduce labor costs and position associates where needed.
