Responsibilities

• Monitor emails for various clients for cancellations, rushes, and pulls and any other manual request
• Communicate prioritization of daily work to Print, QA, Production teams.
• Provide necessary feedback/escalation to proper management if priorities are not adhered to, including active communication with peers and across departments.
• Review reports to understand and communicate daily prioritization necessities effectively.
• Proficient knowledge of all in-house systems specific to each area of responsibility.
• Crosstrain in all areas within department to ensure goals are met.
• Verify that all jobs are accurately reconciled and closed in a timely manner.
• Provide training for continuous improvement, new associates, and cross-training opportunities.
• Supports the team with an overall goal of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
