Due to growth, they seek someone with at least 5+ years' experience in Corporate Business Transactions and Commercial Real Estate to work full-time in the office right off the Rt-110 Corrido
Job Description
- Be a rainmaker to bring in new business/cases (marketing and networking to obtain your new clients)
- Meet with clients, communicate with adversaries, negotiate, and draft various types of business contracts
- Provide partners with support for their matters, operating in a team environment
- Review and negotiate various types of business agreements, commercial real estate leases, and financing documents and conduct closings
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree plus admission to the NY State bar
- Minimum 5 year's experience in Corporate and Commercial Real Estate matters. Experience with employment law and commercial litigation is a plus
- Excellent writing, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills, plus outstanding client communication and management skills
- Eager to be involved in business development with an entrepreneurial spirit
- A portable business and a business background are preferred
