Position : Medical Assistant

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 5 days a week)

Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description :

• Assisting with pre-visit planning, rooming patients, procedures, discharge instructions, and other assigned duties.
• Ensuring a smooth clinic operation by cross-training and floating as needed.
• Helping patients feel comfortable and collaborating with providers during the visit.

Skills/Requirements :

• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (or equivalent) required within 90 days.
• Preferred certifications: CMA, RMA, or ABR-OE.

Education :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One of the following:
• Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Graduate of a non-CAAHEP or ABHES program with 1 year of formal on-the-job experience.
• Currently holding a valid CMA, RMA, or ABR-OE certification.
