The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the firm's ongoing marketing and business development efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Organizes, coordinates, and controls activities involved in the preparation of proposals, statement of qualifications and presentations.
- Develops outline and strategy for proposals in conjunction with technical staff
- Completes government forms, client questionnaires, press releases, etc.
- Coordinates, assembles, and prepares materials needed for client presentations and interviews.
- Maintains and updates marketing information resources (brochures, project experience, resumes, databases, etc.)
- Participates in the design and development of new marketing materials.
- Maintains corporate branding strategies, updates website, and creates content for print and social media.
- Maintains CRM database (Deltek VantagePoint).
- Coordinates work with outside vendors.
- Assists with firm sponsored events, including trade shows and conferences.
Required Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or related field and at least 4 years of related experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to service and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated success in prioritizing workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience within a marketing department of a professional services firm.
