Insurance Defense Attorney - Phoenix, AZ
A well-established law firm in Phoenix, AZ is expanding and seeking multiple full-time Insurance Defense Attorneys to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 1-12 years of experience in insurance defense to work on a variety of exciting third-party defense matters, including auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, and defense of state and municipal entities. The ideal candidates should be eager to contribute to the success of the firm while collaborating with Partners and Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including but not limited to auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, and municipal defense cases.
- Collaborate with other attorneys to develop legal strategies for insurance defense cases and provide guidance on legal proceedings.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to build strong defenses in insurance defense litigation.
- Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery related to insurance defense cases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to advance insurance defense cases.
Qualifications:
- 1-15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and staff.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
