My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join it's NY office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process. Responsibilities: Experience handling cases related to labor law, personal injury, general liability, and construction defect. Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in the state with 3 years of civil litigation experience. Licensed to practice in NY.
