Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant in San Francisco, CA! This is a temporary opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and pull various legal documents from offsite storage.
  • Ensure documents are in electronic database and records are complete
  • Organizing and scanning documents into document management system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
  • Paralegal Certification preferred.
  • 2 years of related corporate law experience supporting Legal Executives and Managers
  • 2 years of experience in project coordination
  • Experience with paper and electronic document management related to closing bibles and corporate documents.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes of files.
  • Multi-entity and global industry experience is strongly preferred.

Salary:

$35- $38 per hour
