Overview
Part of the Product Marketing team for Mailchimp, the Advanced Team is seeking a seasoned individual contributor with strong strategic skills, executive-level influence and communication, proven ability to drive seamless cross-functional partnerships, and a strong bias for action. As a Principal Product Marketing Manager leading Mailchimps AI strategy, you will partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Research, Design, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and others to lead inbound product marketing and go-to-market planning and execution.

What you'll bring
10+ years of business experience leading marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution
Marketing software experience preferred
Experience with small to medium-sized businesses and/or AI a plus
BA/BS required or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
Strong influencing and communications skills across all levels up to executive
Experience using deep customer insight and data to inform segmentation, targeting and positioning, and translating strategy into product roadmaps and actionable, cross-functional go-to-market plans
Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact levers, balancing short- and long-term business outcomes
Ability to identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities and developing the business cases and activation plans to support
Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills; storyteller
Detail-oriented, sweating the details to deliver awesome
Strong results orientation and decision-making skills
How you will lead
Develop deep customer insights, product expertise and competitive intelligence to inform winning messaging and positioning, and influence the product roadmap to deliver on the biggest customer needs
Develop compelling go-to-market strategies and partner closely with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to bring these to life
Develop data-backed monetization strategies in partnership with strategy, product, and GBSG Intuit Assist teams
Partner closely with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, customer research, product, design, analytics, sales and customer success
Actively analyze data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results
Contribute to a high-performing culture by sharing go-to-market best practices that up-level the teams marketing craft
