Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yrAdditional compensation types CommissionAs a National Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of The FESCO Group by using your B2B sales experience to acquire and grow partnerships with prominent retailers at the national and regional levels. We are specifically focusing on B2B Sales to companies within the following areas / industry sectors:Army & Air Force ExchangeHospitality OrganizationsNational and Regional Department StoresConvenience Stores / Truck StopsYou should demonstrate an ability to BRING IN NEW BUSINESS... this is truly a "hunter role".We also want the successful applicant to understand the business lifecycle of selling to national retail channels in the USA. You should also be organized and able to analyze performance metrics, have good negotiation skills, understand the targeted consumer and possess the ability to foster relationships with B2B Clients.This role will include:Pitching : create and deliver high quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the businessProactive business development, cold-calling and relationship building : independently and proactively outreach to gain meetings and build rapport with stakeholders and decision-makersResearch : independently search for new opportunities, learn about the businesses in-depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making processAccount Management of key chains : autonomy in managing your own portfolio of chains and ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are metAccount Growth: developing strategies to grow your accounts and working with the retailer to increase store coverage and overall supplyPlanning and forecasting: building reports to track performance and identify trends, create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposalsWhat you'll need:Minimum 5 years as a B2B Salesperson for consumer goods.Seniority level DirectorEmployment type Full-timeJob function Business Development, Sales, and ManufacturingIndustries Computers and Electronics Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
