- We are looking for an IM or FP with Occ Med/UC experience Mon-Fri (5 days/week)
- MUST be DOT certified
- Flexible, weekday availability, willing to travel if needed.
- Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic
- EMR/EHR system: Allscripts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active unrestricted MI license,
- DEA
- DOT cert
- Proof of vaccination .
