- We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care experience Mon-Fri (5 days/week)
- 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Milwaukee area or surrounding suburbs
- MUST be DOT certified
- Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic
- EMR/EHR system: Allscripts
REQUIREMENTS:

- Proof of vaccination .
