AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

$40,000 - $120,000 a Year

Previous Service Advisor and/or Automotive Tech experience required.

Renaldo Auto Mall is part of the Donald Automotive Group. We have a strong and committed sales staff with many years of experience in treating the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern.

Due to tremendous growth in our busy Service Centers, we need to add Service Advisors/ Service Writers to advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair. Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience is required. Those with previous Service Advisor experience in RV, Powersport, or Marine Dealerships settings or service franchises such as Firestone, Goodyear, or other Express Lube and Oil Change companies, we want to talk to you! Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Quick Service Advisor is required
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• CDK experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great organizational skills
