The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Step It Up ABA will have the opportunity to launch or build their career in North Carolina, providing home and school-based ABA therapy for children with ASD. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, evaluating clients, training behavioral therapists, and networking with healthcare professionals. The role offers flexible scheduling and requires dedication to improving the lives of clients and families.

Step It Up ABA is looking for a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help kickstart our North Carolina practice!

Step It Up ABA is an all-new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing home and school-based ABA therapy . Established by an active member of the United States Chaplain Corps, our goal is to improve the immediate and future lives of our clients and their families.

Your job can begin very part time and transition to full time. The schedule is flexible.

Initial responsibilities will include providing material for our social, and communication domains, vetting RBT's, networking with PCP's, and becoming intimately familiar with our software program.

Once established, you will provide evaluations of children with an ASD diagnosis, draw up treatment plans, train and supervise behavioral therapists.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required master's degree preferred. BCBA certification is required. No sanctions or disciplinary actions on license and/or certification.

  • Must have a passion for working in behavioral therapy and aiding children with ASD.

  • Work well with others

  • flexibility to accommodate clients' scheduling needs.

  • dedicated and creative

  • Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
