Job Description:
About the Role:

The Maintenance Planner role at the Dixon location supports operations projects , driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant . You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Managing the Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks in the system to ensure completion and appropriately allocating labor and deadlines based on the criticality of the task .

• Recommend ing measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and safety environment in the workplace .

• Understanding equipment and maintenance problems by analyzing data , investigating issues , identifying solutions , and recommending appropriate actions are documented and assigned as needed .

• Supporting maintenance through troubleshooting issues, development of daily schedules, allocating labor, and adjusting as needed based on resources.

Important Details : Th is is a full - time on-site role supporting plant maintenance planning needs , schedule flexing could be required but role is predominantly on 1 st shift .

About You :

You'll fit right in if you have:

• Strong knowledge of SAP or other maintenance tracking systems

• Strong communication skills at all levels of management

• Previous experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility - food manufacturing is a plus; Extra plus if you are familiar with aseptic processing

• Previous maintenance planning experience, especially in a manufacturing environment
