What you will be doing:
- Source candidates from various online channels, getting creative if needed
- Make and send recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and applications
- Interview candidates over the phone or in person
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Assist new hires with the on-boarding process
What we need:
- Experience with sourcing and vetting candidates
- Recruitment experience for industrial or construction roles
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
