Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Brokerage Sales Professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the freight brokerage industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. With a strong focus on Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) services, this role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
- Proven Industry Experience: 3-5 years of successful freight brokerage experience managing a full desk. specializing in Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) sales, managing a national territory.
- Book of Business: $150K-$500K annually in gross profit, with 80% of clients following you due to strong, consistent relationships.
- Focus Areas:
- 70% Full Truckload (FTL)
- 30% Less Than Truckload (LTL)
- Small portions of domestic/international air (no ocean freight).
- Location: Must work onsite in Jacksonville, FL or relocate to the area (relocation assistance provided).
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in FTL and LTL sales across a national territory.
