Job Overview:
As Contractor House Cleaner with Next Level Cleaning, you’ll provide high-quality cleaning services to residential clients. You will be responsible for ensuring homes are left sparkling clean, while following specific instructions and upholding our brand's reputation for excellence.
This position allows for flexibility in working hours, and we offer opportunities for you to increase your schedule as you grow your client base with us. You’ll work as an independent contractor and enjoy the benefits of self-management while maintaining a professional relationship with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Residential Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Quality Control: Ensure high standards of cleanliness in every home, consistently meeting the company’s expectations for performance and quality.
Client Satisfaction: Build rapport with clients by offering top-tier service and handling any client concerns or special requests with professionalism.
Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and complete tasks within the designated timeframe.
Safety & Supplies: Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage of supplies.
Travel: Be able to travel to various residential properties within your assigned area. Reliable transportation is a must.
Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the company to ensure smooth scheduling, job expectations, and any issues are promptly addressed.
Feedback: After each job, provide feedback on your experience and any opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience (residential cleaning preferred).
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on high-quality work.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistently high standards.
Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and professional in all aspects of work.
Customer Service: Ability to interact with clients in a polite, professional, and respectful manner.
Tools & Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies (or be willing to use the company's supplies, where applicable).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check as required by company policy.
Availability: Must be available for flexible hours, including mornings and possibly weekends.
