General Summary Connecticut Public seeks a multilingual digitalmedia professional who will be responsible for supporting the execution ofcross-platform marketing strategies to build audience. This leader will help todrive audience and member growth through marketing campaigns that generateawareness, fuel content consumption, and generate member leads. They areresponsible for helping to develop and distribute marketing materials,advertising, and other promotional assets by performing the duties outlinedbelow personally or in collaboration with others internally at ConnecticutPublic and creative partners. Proficiency in Spanish language and multilingualcampaign strategy necessary.
Essential Functions Our Digital Marketing Manager provides a wide range of services. Applicants must have the ability to complete the following essential functions:
- Aids in development of strategies and multilingual marketing materials that build awareness with local Latino communities
- Leads distribution of marketing campaign assets and trafficking of advertising assets across multiple platforms.
- Manages creative briefs and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.upports development of marketing strategy for cross-channel campaigns including video and audio promotion, digital banners, email, social media, print, outdoor billboards, OTT apps and connected TVs. Campaigns may be in English and/or in Spanish.
- Works with Chief Digital Officer and Senior Director, Membership Growth Strategy to develop member campaigns that result in donations and support retention directly impacting revenue goals.
- Works with designers and creativepartners to develop campaign assets that generate awareness and engagement acrossvarious target audiences - especially young and diverse audiences. Creative may be in English and/or in Spanish.

Responsibilities This position has many responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Aids in copywriting/copy editing, which may include video and audio promo scripts, and social or email copy. Copy may be in English and/or Spanish.
- Helps ensure consistency of brand identity through correct use of logos and brand guidelines.
- Manages swag orders and companywide resources like stationary, envelopes, and signage.
- The ideal candidate brings strong connections with local partners and organizations that could contribute to the promotion and growth of our Latino expansion initiative, fostering valuable collaboration and community engagement.
- Traffics assets to partners and distributes to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Works closely with underwriting and Institutional Advancement teams to ensure correct sponsor recognition within marketing assets.
- Works with Connecticut Public's for-profit design agency (MediaVision) and other creative vendors including development of creative briefs, socialization of creative concepts with internal stakeholders for feedback, and creation of social post copy.
- Works with data team toreview campaign performance and leverage insights to inform strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of:
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Adserving platforms like Google Admanager.
Digital measurement tools such as Google Ana - Analytics and Facebook/Meta Analytics.
- Marketing functions, including advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
- Media use and the digital landscape, particularly among millennial and Gen Z users and demonstrated ability to adapt storytelling accordingly.
- Project management, organization, and managing multiple priorities.

Physical Demands The physical activities of this position may include frequent in-person or virtual interactions. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position which may include frequent in-person or virtual interactions. Duties are routinely performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; however, weekend, evening, and holiday hours will be necessary. The expectation for this job is hybrid and/or fully remote, but with attendance in-person at events.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field AND a minimum of five (5) years of direct and sustained professional experience in marketing, audience development, targeting, or related field AND/OR an equivalent level of education, training, and experience.

70,000.00 - 75,000.00
