They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing to join their team and accelerate new member growth. The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership role that combines both strategic thinking and practical, hands-on expertise in executing marketing programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns that deliver results.
• Proficiency in managing paid and organic social media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and others
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console.
• Email marketing experience, including automation and segmentation.
• Strong experience with a leading CRM, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience managing content for website and social media posting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making; proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• MUST live in Eatontown, NJ or the surrounding areas
