*Qualifications & Skills:*
* At least 7+ years of experience in trust, estate, and gift tax planning within a public accounting firm.
* Strong knowledge of trust, estate, and gift tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* Member in good standing with appropriate professional organizations.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Adaptability to changing client needs and industry regulations.
* Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Willingness to travel to client sites within Southwest Florida.
