*What We’re Looking For:*
* *Experience:* 4+ years in corporate and partnership tax within public accounting (strong review skills required).
* *Leadership Skills:* You’ve got experience coaching and mentoring a team, bringing out the best in people.
* *Credentials:* Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred), plus CPA certification.
* *Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IRS rules, and tax concepts. Bonus if you’ve worked with Thompson Reuters AdvanceFlow, GoFileRoom, or CCH Axcess.
