*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting the healthcare team and ensuring the well-being of patients through effective communication and clinical skills.

*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Assist with daily living activities for patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
* Provide care for patients with specialized needs such as dementia or geriatrics.
* Perform sterile processing and maintain a clean environment to prevent infections.
* Document patient information accurately using ICD-10 coding for medical records.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals in case management and occupational health assessments.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and pain management strategies.

*Skills*
* Proficient in dementia care techniques and understanding of geriatric patient needs.
* Familiarity with internal medicine practices and treatments.
* Strong skills in pain management to enhance patient comfort.
* Ability to conduct thorough assessments for aliment-related issues.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $37.10 - $38.91 per hour
