Lean six sigma, blackbelt certification with hands on sexperience of successful implementation projects
8-12 years hands on experience in regulatory space, CAPA
Prefer medical device , pharma, Food and beverage industry background. Open to automotive and aerospace background
Good methodologies, good practices templates, how to do process flow mapping, quality management system improvement
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Programming skills will be plus
Improvement implementation experience is must
Onsite for Sunnyvale, Ca and Peachtree Corners Atlanta GA- prefer 100% onsite to meet stakeholders
Extension of project is possible depending on performance
2 rounds of interviews, 1 with HM and second with senior director
Agile and flexible to industry changes
10% travel to Sunnyvale, Ca and Atlanta, GA sites to support high spike in project activities, events
