Duties: The Production Technician I is responsible for performing low complexity assembly of computing products in accordance with the build plan. Installs system hardware and components. Prepare product for assembly, kit, and package product. Perform builds of low complexity products according to build plan; install system hardware and components. Identify and process non-conforming material. Maintain product documentation, capture component and system serial numbers. Create and apply product labeling. Must be comfortable working under safety, quality, and productivity standards. Shift is 3:30PM-12AM M-F, some overtime required.
Skills: Computer Literacy Strong attention to detail Excellent reading interpersonal skills. Ability to continually stand; regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach; will handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 pounds. Availability to adhere to attendance policy. Assembly experience preferred.
Education: Typically requires a high school diploma and no prior related experience or equivalent related experience.
