Our client is adding an In House PLC Tech to their company located in the Seneca SC area. This is a direct hire opportunity and requires approximately 25% travel as needed- sometimes short notice, some weekends or overnights. As an In House PLC Technician you will work with both customers and field technicians of the company by remote access to troubleshoot and resolve issues for PLC's, computer, and electric motor controls.
Requirements

• Technical Degree of 2 or 4 years or 5 years of experience with electric motor controls for manufacturing equipment
• 3 years of experience in Electrical tech role
• Experience and proficiency in PLC Programming
• Experience with Omron, Dan Foss, I/O, EtherCat, DeviceNet
• Computer skills are necessary
• Professional communicator
• Accurate documentation required
