CNC Programmer - CAD/CAM
Salaried $80k to $100k
Streetsboro, OH manufacturing of precision machining is adding a CNC Programmer to the CNC team. Will need prior experience with CNC CAD/CAM programming in order to create programs and drawings.
*Will be working with SolidWorks and SolidCam but any CAM software will be considered
Starting salary: $80k to $100k
Duties:
Create programs, drawings, and workbooks with 3D CAD/CAM software
Manage CNC work orders, material, and fixtures
Edit CNC programs as needed
Perform first piece setup on CNC machines
Troubleshoot CNC programming or tooling as needed
Work with manufacturing/quality for new job approval
Assist CNC employees on operation of jobs or inspections
Proficiency in the use of precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometer, and dial indicator
Ability to design and/or select specialty production cutting tools and fixtures
