Job Description Viridian Staffing's ( Client is looking for Temporary Cultivation Techs to help with on-site cultivation for a cannabis garden during a very busy season for the company at their production facility in the Adelanto, California, area. The shift will start at 6 am and the assignment will go for two weeks. The assignment starts as soon as possible.

As a Cultivation Tech, you will get the opportunity to monitor and maintain plant production & health. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to maintaining quality control measures; maintaining organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area; defoliation; stripping plants; and lolloping plants in flower rooms. You must have the ability to wear a N95 mask while around cannabis product and be around plant pollen for an 8-hour period of time.
You bring with you the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. You are known for your effective time-management skills, ability to multi-task, and are always able to arrive on time and willing to give 100%. This position is in a warehouse environment. You also have the ability to sit, stand, kneel, and lift plants and equipment up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
REQUIREMENTS - California State Law requires anyone working for a licensed cannabis company to be 21 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work for a licensed cannabis company in the State of California
Pay Range: $15.50-$17/hour
