If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to work at their production facility about 1 hour west of the Springfield, Illinois, area. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a full-time permanent role! Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting. Shifts typically include 1 weekend day and start at 6 am.

Requirements:

• Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting, including drying, trimming, curing, etc.)
• Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
• Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 12 hours/day
• Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 12 hours/day.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction and constructive feedback
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time (Shifts usually start at 7:30 am )
• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Illinois, which includes being at least 21 years of age and being eligible to be badged in the State of Illinois.
