About the Role:
A well-established millwork and custom cabinetry company is seeking a skilled CAD Designer with experience in millwork and Cabinet Vision software to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and designing detailed millwork and cabinetry drawings while collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed millwork and cabinetry shop drawings using Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD.
• Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and design intent to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Modify and update drawings as needed based on client feedback and production requirements.
• Generate material lists and cut sheets for production.
• Maintain organization and documentation of all project drawings and revisions.
• Assist in solving design challenges and optimizing fabrication processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking design.
• Proficiency in Cabinet Vision software (required).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microvellum, or other CAD software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication, joinery techniques, and woodworking materials .
• Ability to interpret and produce detailed construction drawings from architectural blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
