MA Barred Healthcare Litigation Attorney This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes cases, representing clients in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in healthcare litigation, excellent legal writing skills, and a passion for advocacy. The role involves working on a broad range of healthcare-related litigation matters, including malpractice, fraud and abuse, regulatory compliance, and contract disputes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned attorneys, contribute to high-profile cases, and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.Responsibilities Manage all aspects of healthcare litigation, from case inception through trial or resolution.Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential litigation risks and strategies.Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations.Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends in the healthcare industry.Provide timely and accurate reporting on case status and developments to clients and firm management.Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing with the MA bar.Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare litigation.Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.Proven track record of success in litigating complex healthcare cases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients and interact with all levels of staff and management.High degree of professional ethics and integrity.Familiarity with electronic document management and research tools.Willingness to travel as needed for case preparation and trial.Join our team and contribute to the dynamic and exciting field of healthcare litigation.
