Growth Opportunities: Endless opportunities for career advancement in a fast-growing company.Shift Options: Shift 1: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Thursday (10-Hour Shifts, 4-Days Per Week) Shift 2: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday (10-Hour Shifts, 4-Nights Per Week. 12% Shift Differential) Shift 3: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday - Sunday (12-Hour Shifts, 3-Days Per Week, 12% Shift Differential)Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience and interview. Shift Differentials: 12% for Shift 2 & Shift 3 Core Duties & Responsibilities: Hand assembly of various sub-systems and components. Reading, interpreting, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions. Operation of manual hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation work. Operation of material handling equipment (training/certification provided). Troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process. Compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Maintaining a clean and efficient workplace. Professionally communicate with team members and supervisors. Complete manufacturing documentation as required.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational education/training is preferred. One year of experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred. High degree of manual dexterity and comfort operating hand/power tools safely. Ability to work overtime and adjust to a flexible schedule. Ability to operate a computer and use software systems. Quality-focused and detail-oriented. Team player with a positive communication style.
