Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for our global insurance and risk management firm.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Contract Duration: 11-month contract, possible extension
Location: Remote to specific are listed above
Pay Rate: $16.59/hour to $18.50/hour (Based on location)
Hours: Set schedule Monday-Friday between 7:45am CST to 6:00pm CST - 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Policy administration : Executing policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and managing policy renewals.
Client communication: Answering client inquiries, providing updates on policy status, and addressing concerns.
Claims support: Assisting clients with the claims process, including filing claims and following up on status.
Data management: Maintaining accurate client information within the company system.
Compliance checks: Ensuring that policies adhere to regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with teams: Working closely with account managers, producers, and other internal teams to provide comprehensive client service.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of call center, customer service experience
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
Quiet, professional work space without distractions
Ability to adhere to set schedules and breaks
High school diploma or GED
