Job Description Job Description Summary of position/daily activities: Client's Support Office Team is looking for a Junior Level Software Analyst/Customer Support member who will provide call center software application support and assist in developing and maintaining training and educational curriculum. This position is a Junior- to Mid-Level position with a strong opportunity for professional growth.
