• 15 - 20 Years of experience with at least 5+ years of managing an Industry Vertical Business Development experience in creating, shaping & selling large scale technology solutions.
• Experience and deep domain knowledge in RETAIL Industry.
• Experience selling & delivering engineering, digital, Internet of Things, &/or Connected solutions.
• Experience of developing and presenting excellent presentations, compelling proposals, value propositions, business cases and complex deal structuring.
• Sound Knowledge of PLM, MES, Asset Management kind of base functions, scaling up to Digital Technologies / Hyperscalers based transformations
• Good technical skills with ability to engage customers with "consultative selling" is essential.
• Ability to understand market/customer needs and work with solution teams to help develop innovation solutions for the industry.
• Must have - 4 Year bachelor's degree, Good to have - MBA
