Job Type : Full Time Location : Spring, Texas Pay : Great Pay Job Description What you will be doing: Develop and oversee the performance marketing strategy, managing a team of marketing professionals and freelancers. Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM). Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (social media advertising). Drive SEO efforts to achieve top organic search rankings. Regularly review and refine advertising campaigns to maintain positive ROAS. Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners. Develop and implement email marketing and automation strategies, including EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns. Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and channels, providing actionable insights to sales and marketing teams. Conduct multi-channel analytics reviews (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) to identify optimization opportunities. Perform regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests and user feedback initiatives to improve results across digital channels and assets. Experience you will need: A balance of analytical and creative thinking, with a passion for leveraging data to make informed decisions. HVAC distribution and service experience Proven experience managing performance marketing budgets. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. 5+ years of digital marketing experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and content management systems. Strong attention to detail in designing, writing, and editing content.
