Position Available: Senior Regional Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
The Senior Regional Property Manager (SRPM) is responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and compliance for a 4,000+ unit affordable housing portfolio across multiple locations. This role provides leadership to two Regional Property Managers, ensuring that all properties operate efficiently, meet regulatory requirements, and achieve financial and occupancy goals. The SRPM serves as a strategic leader, driving operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and staff development while maintaining the integrity of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD, and other subsidy programs. Additionally, SRPM acts as management representative when dealing with various property owners and regulatory agencies and oversees hiring, staffing, wage reporting, marketing, accounts receivable, collections and leasing.

The company has been around for well over 40 years. They are progressive, entrepreneurial owner, manager, investor, and developer of multifamily housing. They currently own and operate a growing portfolio totaling over 6,000 units. They are also an active condo/townhome/single family association manager with over 65 properties under management.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in affordable housing property management, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior-level role. Must be well versed in LIHTC and managed several thousand units and regional/district/area managers.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office. YARDI Voyager, Payscan and Rent Café experience preferred.
