MADRE is a hospitality driven restaurant in Greenpoint. We've been open for 4.5 years and are looking to fully cement our program in this neighbrohood.
MADRE is focused on compiling a seasoned team of culinary and service-minded professionals to create a dining experience like no other in the city.
At MADRE we aim to be a pioneer for a new standard of fine dining; one that focuses on being a neighborhood restaurant, quality of food, warm service, and relaxed atmosphere.
We are the flagship restuarant in a young Hospitality Group. It features 3 top rated boutique hotels in Brooklyn and a wedding events venue. We are rapidly expanding and seeking positive humans who only want to grow with us.

Servers: FOH QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
3 years experience in New York City restaurants with POS understanding (Salido)
Oui chef mentality
Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, cocktails, beer & spirits
Ability to learn quickly
Driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic
Positive attitude and hospitality first oriented
Good communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehensive knowledge of our complete food and beverage program
- Responsible for monthly inventory
- Mastery of all classic cocktails
- Know how to and be able to properly serve cocktails, WBTG, coffee & tea
- Truly understand and highlight our restaurants/hotels individual identity
- Know and be able to identify bar, cocktail table, dining room table and seat numbers
- Can complete opening/closing side work tasks
- Maintain station cleanliness at all times
- Complete understanding of the steps of service and execution
- Knowledgeable of the menu: food ingredients & sources, allergies & preparations
- Can lift 50 lbs
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- At least 3 years of experience working with beverage programs and high-volume establishments
- Prior experience using a beverage inventory program preferred and strong computer skills
